The owners wanted to expand their storage and room in the basement along with getting a new master suite on the main floor. They wanted a screened porch for entertaining and didn’t want to give away their deck. We built a new two story addition with the storage and master suite in place of the existing deck and relocated and built a new deck to the dining room side of the home and placed a roofed, screened porch in the middle to extend their kitchen and dining area outdoors.
